I couldn't be happier with this ear piece. It's extra clear, extra small and is snug in my ear. Only issue is you can't go a distance away from your phone.
It will be hard for people to hear you in the slightest room noise. I had high hopes for this bluetooth but all of the reviews were right.the button placement is riduculous. Talk time runs somewhere around one hour. You will keep redialing the last number you called over and over no matter what you do. This will keep falling out of your ear. I wished this was a better product but I can't really recommend it. This is the coolest bluetooth I've ever had due to the small size, but it had too many drawbackss.
When I called the company before returning it they said they'd give me a refund, otherwise I would have kept it. What's going on with this person/people.I was looking for cordless head phones and that's not what I got and I still haven't gotten a refund yet even though I returned the product.
good quality sound, easy to use, good talk time, a little to easy to push top button while putting in the ear, which makes for several redialed calls. Over all a good solid product.
A single click on the answer call will immediately redialed the last call place on your handset.This most importantly SUCKS. There are so many short comings with this headset. The reception is very low and disconnects within two meters range. as you cannot remove the device from your ear without having to touch this button which automatically redial the last call on your handset. Overall, this blue tooth device is an anti-climax.No value for my money.
